1 Corinthians 10 - God is Watching Out for Us
Paul reminds the church in Corinth about several historic events; true stories that happened in the course of the Jewish Exodus, from Egypt to the new land that God had promised. He illustrates one simple principle to Christians by recounting that same principle at work in the nation of Israel.
God is faithful to His promises.
We can depend on that.
BUT we often don't, though.
In fact, when the people of God waiver...
sometimes, the consequences can be grave.
AND again, God is faithful to provide a way
a way through temptation to waiver.
Just: don't lean on your own understanding.
Rather, trust in the Lord with all of your heart.
He will direct our paths
As we (continue to) acknowledge Him in all of our ways.
If you say that you are walking with God, live like it.
You can do this!
He is doing it through EVERY willing participant.
