Romans 1 "Justice"

Part 1
consult with the scriptures and the Holy Spirit as you live your life and make decisions 'out-of faith' and 'into faith' --'stepping-out in faith' in the gospel - For in (the gospel) the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written: "The righteous shall live by faith." (Rom 1:17)

Part 2
"The righteous shall live by faith"
Paul evokes the writings of Habakkuk (2:4).
He is setting-up a principle that stands throughout scripture:
We are saved by God!
"the gospel… is the power of God for salvation" ( v16 Rom 1)

Part 3
We are saved by God's grace, through faith:
"the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes"

Part 4
The way that God makes a condemned people,
to stand right before Him,
is revealed in the Gospel.

Part 5
Sins are the symptoms of sin.
Our behaviours are signposts to the reality
that we have departed from relationship with God.   
THIS is THE sin.
Healing the broken relationship with God, involves returning from idolatry.
THEN, the symptoms remediate.

Part 6
God is calling us, not to rail against the symptoms,
but to minister to the need we have;
the need that others have;
to repent of sin and return to God.
